The Positector BHI is a rugged Barcol hardness tester with a 71mm (2.8") color touchscreen. The PosiTector body accepts all PosiTector probes converting your Barcol hardness tester to a coating thickness gauge, dew point meter, surface profile gauge, wall thickness gauge and more (see probe compatibility chart attached). USB, Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity to PosiSoft PC, MAC and Smarthphone software. Durable, it is solvent, acid, oil, water and dust resistant (IP65) and delivered with a 2 year warranty.

• Standard kit includes: PosiTector BHI data logging unit, Barcol hardness probe, two hardness test discs, spare indentor with replacement tool, glass plate, protective rubber holster, wrist strap, three AAA alkaline batteries, USB cable, PosiSoft software, user manual, calibration certificate and rigid transport case.

  • BHI-3: BHI-3 advanced Barcol hardness tester complete kit – memory for 250,000 readings.
