Quality NDE’s modular nine-station water washable liquid penetrant inspection line is made of stainless throughout, insuring years of trouble-free use. This line can be custom-designed to fit your specific needs. Our modular QNDE WW-9 nine-station water washable lpi line system includes a central control panel with an illuminated ON/OFF button and adjustable calibrated temperature control for the dryer, an illuminated ON/OFF button for the dust collector, aluminium grilles for stations 2, 3, and 5, a dryer with insulated walls and electronic adjustable calibrated temperature control with overload protection. Some of the options for our QNDE WW-9 line include a polypropylene top, 3/8? holes every 2? for stations 1 through 4, as well as stations 6 and 8, a back wall anti-splash grille and a rigid sliding left wall for the rinse station, as well as a UV light kit, and settable timers with visible/audible alarms for different stations.   For more details, check out our catalog so you can see what other options are offered.
