Step Wedges (Blocks)

Used for the calibration of X-ray system and evaluation of techniques. Standard step wedges are 25.4mm high x 57.2mm wide (1" high x 2.25" wide), with 4, 8 or 16 steps. Standard materials available: Aluminum (6061), Brass, Cobalt, Copper, Cupro-Nickel, Hastelloy (C or X), Inconel (600, 625 or 718), Magnesium, Monel, Nickel, Stainless (304), Steel (1018) and Titanium. • QPZ-2500: Step Wedge, 8 steps (3.18mm H x 19.05mm L x 152.4mm W (0.125" H x 0.750" L x 6.0" W)), Aluminum.
• QPZ-2501: Step Wedge, 16 steps (1.57mm H x 12.7mm L x 203.2mm W (0.062" H, 0.500" L x 8.0" W)), Aluminum.
• QPZ-2304: Step Wedge, 4 steps (6.35mm H x 19.05mm L x 76.2mm W (0.250" H, 0.750" L x 3.0" W)), Stainless.
• QPZ-2300: Step Wedge, 8 steps (3.18mm H x 19.05mm L x 152.4mm W (0.125" H, 0.750" L x 6.0" W)), Stainless.
• QPZ-2301: Step Wedge, 16 steps (1.57mm H x 12.7mm L x 203.2mm W (0.062" H, 0.500" L x 8.0" W)), Stainless.
• QPZ-2401: Step Wedge, 16 steps (1.57mm H x 12.7mm L x 203.2mm W (0.062" H, 0.500" L x 8.0" W)), Steel.
