RadComm Syclone Portable Radiation Detector and Spectrometer

High sensitivity handheld radiation detector and spectrometer for detecting and identifying very low radiation levels from radioactive materials. The software is easy to use so untrained user can identify radioactive contaminants (Medical, Industrial, NORM, SNM). Advanced analysis can be done using the peaks in the histogram and/or using the supplied RadView analysis software. The ideal tool to search and identify a radioactive contaminant.

• Sodium Iodide thallium doped crystal detectors (NaI(Tl)) 1.5" x 2" (38mm x 51mm).
• Energy resolution: 8% or better at 662 keV.
• Rugged Geiger-Mueller tube for dose range to 1oR/h (100mSv/h).
• Lithium-ion battery with charger (120VAC). Battery life up to 8 hours.
