The TR Plus advanced roughness tester measures 20 parameters in both metric and imperial units: (Ra, Rz, Ry, Rq, Rt, Rp, Rpc, Rk, Rpk, Rvk, Rv, R3z, R3y, RzJIS, Rsk, Rku, Rsm, Rs, Rmax, Mr1/Mr2) with roughness graphic and material ratio profile Rmr(c). The memory can store 100 group of data and graphics. Automatic shutdown and power saving functions. Measuring range: Z-axis (vertical): 160µm / Ra: 0.01 to 10µm / Rq: 0.01 to 40µm  / Rz, Ry, Rp, Rt, R3z : 0.02 to 160µm.

• TR-200+: TR-200 Plus main unit with TS100+ transducer, rechargeable battery with battery charger, roughness test plate Ra, steel protective support for stand-alone use, TR-200 software with RS232 to USB data cable, user manual, calibration certificate and transport case. 1 year warranty.

Options:

• TS100: Replacement, standard transducer – 5mm OD x 22mm L.
• TS110+: Transducer for curved surfaces (to be used with measuring stand/platform).
• TS120+: Transducer for small holes – 1.9mm OD x 20mm L.
• TS130+: Transducer for grooves (less than 3mm).
• TS131+: Transducer for grooves (less than 10mm).
• TS140+: Transducer, right-angled.
• TSE-A: Transducer extension, 50mm long.
• TA610: Granite measuring base with column: 250mmL x 400mmD x 70mm thick – (“Y” lifting range of 300mm).
• RRS: Regular roughness standards.
